How do you insert a link in your posts so that people can click on them and be whizzed off to another world? (or web page)

When you reply/post a message there are a load of buttons just above the bit where you type. If you want to add a link click the 'URL' button, then type your link, then click the 'URL' button again to end the link.
Should end up with something like [ url]www.somewhere.com[/url] (minus the space which is there so you dont get whizzzed off
).
