The first forefit is to wear a rather baggy set of waterproof overalls and a huge pair of waders. Full of gunge and slime for an entire day!

The second forefit is for the girl in question to strap on her finest, fanciest, most expensive ballgown. And dive into the mud!

The third forefit is the most disgusting, and the girls will be allowed to choose their own outfits. The forefit is to fully submerge in a local farmer's slurry tank!
