Last weekend some of the team, went doing the tough mudder event, Shel has sent me this vid of the day, shot by somebody.

Plenty of guys in spandex for you girls and gals. Also some nice ladies plastered in mud, and looking rather wet, and somewhat smelly.

So I thought, I'd share it with everyone.

Looks like there’s so much more mud in this one, did the South West one which had a muddy trail which was quite long, but no trenches that had any mud in them.
Still amazing fun all the same, but finished it looking a little too clean.
Had rivers as well as the obstacles filled with water, so soon as you to start to dry you get wet again.
Looks like that was a good location, hope they get it back again for next year, might try that one.
Would really encourage anyone who’s thinking I’d like to do that, to have a go.
Oh no they forgot the mud!
