London Splunch 14th November 2013 - Yipeee

Time and date: 4.00pm on Thursday 14th November 2013
Location: Penderels Oak, 283-288 High Holborn WC1V 7HP
To help find the right group quickly look for the seasonal item which this time is a small Christmas tree the centre of the table along with a Christmas card.
The London Splunch is for people from the wam community or those curious about wam to meet other fellow wammers/sploshers in person and put faces to the names. It is about having a few drinks, building trust and friendships and generally getting to know each other a little better in real life. Plenty of other general chitter-chatter goes on too, so feel free to talk about anything you like!.
The pub serves a very good selection of ales, wines, ciders, beers and spirits. In addition there is also a wide range of soft drinks on offer to go with the 'pub grub menu'. Thursday night is also curry night (curry and a pint offer for about six quid).
Anyone and everyone who wants to come is invited, so come along ! ! ! The London Meet is open to all, we have had many people come a long way from far and wide to be there.

The nearest tube stations are Holborn on the Central and Piccadilly lines or Chancery Lane on the Central line. There is also a wide selection of buses to choose from, serving near and far in all directions.
The Penderels Oak is nice and big and has two bars (one on street level and another basement bar downstairs). We will be located in the main upstairs bar and as near to the main entrance as we can be. When you enter the main door there are some tables directly ahead in the corner and we aim to be in or close to that area.
