Hi Guys and Girls of the Splosh Forum
I may be new to the Forum however I'm a long time lurker who's finally going to break my sploshing virginity, in about a weeks time I am going to be home alone and able to get messy for the first time, a little bit about me 24 year old male whos been into seeing messy situations for as long as I can remember but have never really picked up the courage to do it myself, now I finally think I'm ready to jump into the mess myself... Now I would like some advice on what to use and how much for a first solo splosh

I think you will get every suggestion under the sun as we are all different. My personal preference for the first time is porridge. You can make it with warm water which means it is nice on the skin. You can make it to any consistency but it will get stiffer ( pun intended) as it cools. It is easy to wash out of clothes ( rinse in cool water before putting in machine). Very cheap to make large quantities and easy to dispose of. I just use a dustpan and put it in carrier bags then in the bin. Avoid too much down the plug hole as it can block drains. Also it can get stuck in long hair. If you need to wash it out of hair use cool water and wide toothed comb.
