wam chess

you all seen or heard of human size chess right?
where people dress up as chess peices and take part in a full size game

well what if each square on the board had a different wam thing?
some could be sink holes with mud water custard or other squishy thing in them, some could have pie throws if you land on them, a few with gunge showers
see where i'm going with this?

you'd need loads of people, but it would be great for a large wam get together, and i bet atleast one tv company would be intreasted in doing a bit on it

after you get "taken" you get to jump in a pool to either wash off or get wet if you never got to move

maybe one day we'll get to play fun games together :)

or messy twister

anyone else think of ordanary games that can be converted to wam games where the players take part in the game rather than just picking cards to decide a wam?

What are you on tonight, Laura? Let me know and get me some! Chimps and now chess!

Far too blonde to play chess, I'm afraid, though I have bashed a few queen's bishops before now (just call me a pawn star!).

Adapting board games on a smaller scale would work though. Snakes and Ladders would be good.

Laura

How about this idea for WAM chess - maybe a bit easier to make a reality.

You get a regular chess set and some small sticky labels. You stick a label to the bottom of each chess piece (32 in all) and each label has a different messy punishment.

Then, you play a regular game of chess ... except that each time you capture one of your opponent's pieces, you turn it over to reveal what messy punishment they get.

I think it would be more fun if you got a third person to label all the pieces - then the players have no idea what's on the bottom.

You could add an extra fun element by having the messiest punishments on the bottom of the more powerful pieces.

And for even more fun, every time you get your opponent in 'check' they have to lose an item of clothing. If one player is 'checkmated' they must strip naked (or to underwear) and receive all remaining gunge!

Who's up for a game?

phantom thats a good idea but i'm trying to think of wam games where the player is taking part in the game its self rather than just using it as a desision maker, like strip poker would be a desision maker where as wam twister would be an active game

reason being the conestants sitill have to perform or continue the game while wammed rather that sit around waiting for the next thing

its also leading a way to an event out of wam rather than just a "wam session"

i love the idea / image of having a banquete and having a wam theme ball / party, like a murder mystery night but wam orientated

Hmm; I've been thinking about this and, as a chess player myself, I think it would be rather slow and pieces would be left doing nothing for ages.

My girlfriend is a champion 'Scrabble' player (No, I didn't know they had regional and world championships either :o  ) so what about a game where players would try to put down words with a sploshing connection, which would then be inflicted upon the other player. For example; if the word 'mud' was played, the opponent would have a bucketfull of the stuff tipped over them. If 'knickers' was played, the said garment would be filled with the messy substance which was last named on the board.

At these championships many games are played simultaneously so there is the possibility of serious mayhem :D :D :D .

Richard (p.s. Don't tell the gf, she takes it all very seriously  )

Hi Laura

Sorry, I hope I didn't cause offence. Just me being my usual unsubtle self, wading in with both high heeled boots on!

I hope you are feeling yourself again - in the nicest way, of course.

Love
Hayley

Having ridiculously long legs and arms, and being quite astonishingly bendy, I think Hayley would do well at this. Consequently she should be handicapped by being covered in something slippery to start with!
