A Special New Year's Treat (Videos Up!)

I know a lot of you have been itching to see my fiancee's dares, and I promise you they are coming and it should start this spring or summer. However, as a special treat, since everyone's been very patient (mostly), here are two other volunteers from early tests of the show done a few years ago before we considered doing a full comedy series.

I hope this tides you over until the whole series starts! We're constantly reviewing new dares, adding some and figuring out how we'll go about doing them. It'll start off with a simple pie and slime session and go from there! Some include having her belly flop into a paddling pool filled with cakes, sloshing her head through egg salad (and getting showered in it) and more! Stay tuned, it is coming!

Only one more to go from that little series (male, just as a heads up), then it's on to getting a pro camcorder (I'm shooting other sketches and short films). A huge reason for the delay in my fiancee's dares is that I had to learn a new non linear editor. I used to use Final Cut Pro, but Apple screwed big time with Final Cut Pro X, so I had to switch to Adobe and start over. It's pretty much the same but the workflow, process locations and all that are called something different, or are in different locations, etc so it took a while to get comfortable with it. Still beats when I was in high school and all the films or sequences I made had to be done entirely on analog film.

I know I could use the old system, but I work in audio and video production full time and I need to stay up to date for my clients. And work comes first so we can support ourselves. We're doing these dares for free, offering them for free and everything so we're making no profit off of them. What we do professionally as audio engineers, musicians and filmmakers has to come first to pay the bills!
