As some of you already know I have been living in the Beds/Bucks area for over four years now and so have decided to trial another meet closer to where I live. So here are the details.

This is a friendly evening in the pub and a chance to meet with people of similar interests.
To help find the right group quickly look for a selection of holiday broachers on the centre of the table along with a greeting card.
There is more than one weatherspoons in Milton Keynes including another on Midsummer Boulevard so please be carful your entering the right pub. The meet is at the top end of Midsummer Boulevard close to the main rail station and is just called Weatherspoons which is located directly next to Chiquito the Mexican restaurant.

If people fancy some more drinking and something to eat we will move on next door to Chiquito at 8pm which is a Mexican style restaurant which does good food and cocktails.
How do I get there?
Milton Keynes Central station is served by many trains coming in from the north and up from London. The best place to start is http://www.nationalrail.co.uk. Milton Keynes is also served well by coaches; you may want to look at http://www.nationalexpress.com. Also there is the X5 cross country coach which runs every half an hour between Oxford and Cambridge (stopping at Milton Keynes of course) http://www.stagecoachx5.com. The best Airport would be Luton where you catch a direct virgin coach from Luton to Milton Keynes.
Staying over?
There are many hotels to choose from. The nearest hotel is the Travelodge and the Jurys inn hotel which is very close to the meet venue. I would recommend looking at http://www.lastminute.com for other hotels near by.
