hey all, first post and well i'm starting off with a question.

I'm starting to see a real dirty girl that loves messy play (WAM & Puke) but shes a vegan so i wondered what recommendations anyone had for Vegan friendly messy fun, more sweet than savory really.

Only sweet vegan splosh stuff I can think of is treacle or syrup. There's also strawberry sauce of course....but I remember our local ice cream man calling that Monkeys Blood when I was a kid... maybe not so good for a vegan

yeah gotta be food for the puke games I've yet to experience it tho so we will see but she likes it.

I found vegan custard and vanilla or chocalate puddings in asda in the 'free from' section for those vegan sploshers out there that might want to try them.

Think outside the box on this one. So she's vegan, but likes puke play, eh? Look for healthy eating recipes that substitute vegan ingredients (i.e. there are cookie recipes that use applesauce instead of butter, choccy mousse made of cocoa and rice based milk, etc.). You might end up making some of your own, but well worth the effort.

Btw, have you seen chrissy-extreme's puke play vid? Messy stuff indeed.

yeah seen that and she loved it too. Found fruit salad, banannas, free from deserts and custard all work well inside and outside of her
