Yesterday in a bored moment I put myself on Twitter. Haven't really found my way around it all yet but PLEASE add me if you are on it. I am @Bill_Shipton. Believe it or not there is another Bill Shipton without the underscore-dash-thing who looks very respectable so make sure you put it in!

Hi Bill... added you @MlleTee, I suspect you will be tweeting happily away soon. I on the other hand have yet to truly grasp just how great Twitter is. Working on it though

I can't cope with these social networking sites. Tried Facebook for a while but didn't like it; all this business of people I've never heard of, wanting to be added to my list of 'friends'? No thanks! All my friends are people I've met in person; I wish I could remember his name though .

I feel honoured though to be sharing this thread with the two people I most admire in the worlds of sploshing

I only did it to keep people informed of splosh news - if anyone follows me, that is.

I think you have answered the question that immediately came into my mind when I saw the title of your post.

It's NOT a big publicity thing cos obviously the only people likely to follow are people who know about Splosh! already. More likely to be jokey updates on things we're doing, maybe the odd picture if possible, the occasional amusing thought. I will try not to make it only about what's in my sandwiches. If nobody is interested, I'll drop it.

Just mastered the photo add-on bit of Twitter which should make it a bit more interesting to follow!
