At the risk of being a spoilsport, since this is copyright material you really should ask before posting clips of it anywhere but here and they should have a full credit to the website and copyright symbol. If it's just to illustrate the post we'll let you off, but if others are thinking of plastering us all over youtube, rapidshare and the like then we tend to get arsey.

Actually Hayley, I first heard of the Splosh video range through a sample illegally posted on a website ; since then I have purchased stacks of vids & DVDs (plus another one in the post now - I hope) so the pirating didn't do any real harm.

Umm, this has nothing to do with me whatsoever but can I be punished too?

I must admit this vid is one on the shelf, this one I got from Hmv in Manchester when they went through a phase of selling splosh films that and the first one!!! hang on while I get the name!! Pretty clumsy woman!! to much excercise I had to move then....

Yes I got my copy from HMV too. Most embarrassing. I asked one of the male shop assistants quietly and he said 'oh yeah I think we've got that somewhere' and shouted down the shop to one of the females behind the till counter for directions to it. I suspect my cheeks could have been used as a paint chart! (...and my face, before anyone cracks the old joke!)

I must dig it out and have another look just for old times' sake. I do recall there being a pretty luscious female in the mud in the volleyball. Where was that by the way - was it Lancaster or Preston and how on earth did you find them?

I finally discovered why slow motion and freeze frame on videos was so desirable!

Oh you may well be right. I had a vague recollection it was somewhere up here. Yes, you noticed her too then! I must dig that out and have another look .... just for research purposes you understand, to verify!

The Mud Volleyball was shot near Lancaster, on the banks of the Lune (appropriate name!).

It's one of my favourites as well: Davinia reading the news, Mudonna mending the shower and the aforementioned Rani and Karen. Then of course, the great finale with Sammie -Jane and the snooty compere, whose name I don't know. I find this a very erotic and funny pie scene even though it doesn't use many pies compared to what we now get and expect. Something about the way it is set-up, the close ups and the reactions of S.J. and the other woman. Also a very good example of a role play scenario between the magnificantly stuck up compere and the naughty young Sammy-Jane. Bill's roving reporter at the charity event is good too -pity we couldn't see more of that.
