I'm such a messy eater

Postby jo_yo » 20 Nov 2010, 01:15

I had the house to myself after work and decided to take the opportunity to make myself a simple meal...

I knew in advance what ingredients I was going to use as I'd bought them earlier on in the week.

The problem was I didn't know what to wear. I'm running out of clothes suitable for sploshing in. I've bought a load of new clothes recently so I was planning to look through my wardrobe and put some of the older clothes to one side... unfortunately the only thing I wanted to get messy in was the brand new blouse I bought at the weekend. It's lovely, ideal for work, and other than trying on to see if it fit I haven't actually worn it out of the house yet.

I couldn't find an outfit that was leaping out at me, and all I could think about was the brand new blouse. The trouble is it's too nice to splosh....what's a girl to do?

So I came to a decision. I liked it so much I would order another one online. So I did.

Once that was done I put it on and paired it with a lovely satin skirt, and then went to prepare my evening meal.

I had a plate of mushy peas, some baked beans and some lovely thick gravy. For dessert I'd prepared several tins of custard.

When I'm watching people get messy I love the idea that there's a chance they might not get messy. I know it sounds crazy to some of you, but for me it's all about the anticipation and the build up. When I was preparing the ingredients in the kitchen I was trying not to get any splashes on my clothes and I even considered the possibility of getting into the bathroom, imagining a sploshing session and then just having a shower and throwing the food away.

Anyway, my little role play session went like this:

Sit in the bath and pretend either I'm at a restaurant, or eating my dinner off my knee in front of the telly. Eating a combination of mushy peas, beans and custard felt quite degrading, and even if I didn't get any on my clothes I would definitely feel quite wet below. Of course, chances are I would get messy... but see for yourself.

Excellent vid. Exactly my feelings. Getting messy is good but wearing new clothes and having the feeling you shouldn't really get them messy is the best.

I know what you mean. When I get messy, preparing all the ingredients is almost as exciting as the session itself, and I love the idea of chance coming into it. The sense of anticipation at the start of that video is delicious. :)

You had me hunting through my kitchen after that, but there's only so much I can do with a single tin of beans and a tub of gravy granules. I might have to stock up on wam materials tomorrow.
