Off Topic: Bill's Mobile BACK UP AND RUNNING

Postby BillShipton » 15 Nov 2010, 13:33

Hi

Tedious but essential post to say that some drunken arse took my jacket and mobile on Sat night and hasn't returned either. They didn't "steal" it deliberately I don't think cos it was a cheap phone on PAYG (with about £6 credit) BUT if anyone is ringing or texting me and thinking I am ignoring them that is why. It is probably warbling away in a bin somewhere. The jacket was even cheaper!

I will be posting again soon asking everyone who had my old number to e-mail their new one to me so I can start again from scratch as soon as the new even cheaper phone gets here.

Yes, I am deeply pissed off.

Bill

PS Anyone who has my old number who wants to text them and call them a cunt is more than welcome.

Sorry to hear that Bill..

On the plus side if the phone is still working you could phone them to tell them they have won the lottery......!!!!!.....

regards

Andy and the team.

I think Bill has walked under a couple of ladders and had a clowder of black cats cross his path as now it seems his computer is playing up so he may not be contactable for a bit! I'm sure he'd still appreciate you emailing him your numbers and texting the "thief".

The computer is working at the moment but could well go any second. Needs a thorough detox. Making contingency plans for a back-up Mac and a new (even cheaper) phone. However may still disappear for a bit. Been a shit fortnight!

Right the phone has been replaced and just waiting for them to give it my old number again.

AFTER 4pm can anyone who had my old number (beginning 07979) please text me their name and number so I can start building up the address book again. Many thanks...

Needless to say they're running late! Phone not on yet.

Incidentally, when these people say they deliver between 7am and 7pm, don't give up early or even on time. Mine turned up at 7.30 in the evening - just I was about to get in the bath, of course.

RIGHT, the phone is now working again! Anyone who has my mobile number and would like me to have theirs, please text name and number to the ORIGINAL 07979 number.
