I've been busy...!

I've added a few new threads the forum...

I've also been digging through some old CDs and found a photoset from crazygirlsarchive.com (which no longer exists it seems). I wonder if anyone can identify the session (is it Aqauntics?) and the girl with the lovely Emma in the 2nd pic and on her own in the 3rd?

again, anyone who has more pics/videos of this (and other vintage Splosh events) is my new best friend...

These pics are indeed taken from the Aquantics event at Tenby in 1993. The girls are not just Crazy Girls but a mix of ours, Aquantics girls, Messy Fun models and some CGs too. In those days aa lot of the companies turned up with a batch of girls and we all contributed to each other's events.

The girl in the picture looks like either Mirelle or Michelle. I think the latter cos the former had given up modelling by then. Hard to tell covered in paint. She didn't do a lot of messy work but turns up in some of the videos/DVDs produced by David Wilkey (she lived near him) which we sell. She did a particularly fine mud scene in one (I can tell you which one later if you want to know).

At that time Emma was working as a Crazy Girl but wasn't happy cos Brian was trying to make her sign an 'exclusive' contract so she couldn't work for anyone else so she literally ran away to stay at Splosh House for the summer. That;s why she did so much work for us at that time. She then left college and went into design. Not sure where she is now. Emma, if you are out there, get in touch!

Aquantics 93 was also where we filmed the Simply a Mess pop video for Juicy Pairs which also stars Emma....

I have some photos from the second splosh day, these may well be making an appearance at the get together, I had hair back then!!! so did Bill.

If people say they want too see them I'll bring em, also have some of the nutty stuff from Scarlets as well.

Can you scan them in fr the forum? Or do they have members of the public (ie people who came to the event other than models) in?

Hayley

I believe that the 'asian girl' with Karen Partington is called Rani (aka Suzanne).

Re Crazygirls, Brian has closed all the CG sites due to family reasons.

I think the mystery girl could be Michelle Simmonite who has done several videos for Artscene/Aquantics.

Yes, I got as far as Michelle in an earlier post but cos it's such an unusual surname was sure whether to mention it.

She was lvely and appears in a lot of the Artscene/Aquantics videos/DVDs that we sell.

woops I missed a thread from Hayley, ref to scanner, the old dinasour scanner I have has passed away, their was a service yesterday 'it was quite touching, really'

The pics are in two sets one is of some Bloke called Bill and Luna (hello!!)
so their are no people on those the second set, is from the get together so yes their are people on their. To be honest they are not people I have been chatting to a far as I am aware.

I don't think anyobdy from Thursday has been to a splosh day type even. I know driversoft commented on what use to go on.

Their are about fifty pics in total, plus their is some daft sod giving mouth to mouth to a plastic chicken, woops that'll be me then.

Wonder if Miss Helen has a program for hewlett packard scanner, I also have one of those in a box somewhere but no software. We are denied where is Driversoft!! we need him now...

The mystery girl as she is refered to looks very much like Kate Ford (Tracey Barlow) from coronation street, obviously it isnt but hey what a thought that could be.

Hey sotonude, sorry if it appears a bit all over the place, Hayley asked if any of the photos I took could be scanned but my old scanner had gonge kerput!!! and i dont have the software for the new one.

Hayley would like to put the pics up for me, may have to take a trip to Hayley's car to deliver the photos in person (as long as you wearing satin!!!)

I missed Hayley's answer that why it appear to be all over the place..

Sorry for any confusion.

Andy

Andy. Have you tried the HP website? Manufacturers often have downloadable instruction manuals and drivers for accessories like scanners as everyone loses them. Just a thought!
