Soggy Blog Update! Holly's Sploshing Documentary now showing in the Channel Free Free House.

Back in 2009, we had a visit from Holly and her posse, a band of students doing a degree in TV production. For their finals, they had to make a short documentary and what subject did Holly pic? Why sploshing, of course! So we invited them to the studio to give it a go.

The result was a great afternoon with some genuinely talented people. Holly herself not only directed but interviewed and got sploshed several times for the film which also includes appearances by Slimy Sophie and Richard.

Now you can see the whole film here! And yes, Holly passed her degree with flying colours!

After seeing the documentary I have this vision transfixed in my mind from Richards bit where that lovely naked bottom is wiggling in the air while he pies it.

I can undestand why but it was such a shame that it was blurred out.

Quite a good documentary. Fair play to Holly - her firsdt ever (maybe only?) messy experience was a real baptism by fire. That Johnny guy just came off as really creepy though. I kept sensing pent up aggression just below the surface. Brrr.

Terribly sorry old bean, I helped out best that I could, I'm not an interviewee or a public splosher and helped Holly out.

Apologies if i was creepy - trust me it was a worthwhile experience. Pent up agression? More nerves! Try sploshing to an audience.....

I've never found Jonny at all creepy; well, not for a bloke from west of the Tamar anyway!

In case anybody doesn't know; us interviewees didn't meet each other during the making of the film. I've only met Jonny and Bill at the Bristol meets and I haven't met Sophie at all, even though we both live in the same town.

Nobody had a chance to prepare 'an image' for themselves and Holly's style was very informal so it was all rather spontaneous. I think the result is excellent though and glad it has a home in The Free House.

I liked it a lot- good introdiction to splosh for anyone who is interested. Everyone came across as very natural and normal;. didn't seem rehearsed (which is good) and was a nice, light hearted look at the sexual and the slap stick side of splosh

I didn't see this post... but thank you all for your lovely comments and thank you Bill for giving it a home in the Free House.

It makes me feel very proud to know that you guys think I did an OK job! After all I really wanted it to be a fair & fun representation of sploshing!!

Jonny...you came across as who you are but that's why we all love you! Rich...it is weird how I have met someone from Cornwall and yet never met you when your within a 30 min radius!

All in all, it was a great day and we all had a great time!

Reminded me a bit of Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends, was very well done. A great watch. You thought about sending this to current tv?

I just had a chance to watch Holly's thesis.

Richard is a great interview. I was rather jealous when Holly stripped and mounted you.

In an ideal world I want to meet Slimly Sophie and have dinner, drinks, and enjoy a movie or play with her (I know, I know, crappy sentence structure--guess my occupation).

Great video. Well presented, very simpathetic, and she looks wonderful sploshed!
