you think i sill have a big fanbase...what does that mean? let's just clear up why i've been away - me & Dave have had a REALLY difficult year. For our own reasons we had to stop doing it for a while. I work full time as Import Manager & have had a really stressful year, court case, moved home, & the rest! things have been hard. If anyone wants to judge me/us for our decisions, that's kool...just don't tell me about it coz i ain't inerested. sorry to be blunt, but i ain't taking no shit for things being how they have - i wish it wasn' like this & life was easy, but life's a bitch, i just gota do wat i gotta do.

i know your msg was nice, but i just don't know wat to make of it at the same time, was it a dig?. Hopefully i'm just being touchy & nothing was meant by it, but just had to get that off my chest.

Anyway, Happy New Year (i'm really looking forward to 2010 coz it can't be any worse than 2009! So all good.)

Cede, I simply mean that we all love you and miss you I know via Dave that you have had a rough time recently (no specific details, he's very discrete!) so I thought I would simply offer my best wishes for the future. No digs, no judgements, no shit, no secret agendas! I'm sorry if you took my post the wrong way, the term 'a big fanbase' just means that we are all great fans of yours and wish you well for the future.

p.s. sometimes words change their meanings but in my time the word 'fan' meant someone who admires you and what you do so a 'big fanbase' means there are a lot of us who think the same way.

Nice to see you back Cede ... but don'rt say the easter eggs are already in the shops ... quick buy them all up and hide them ... in a paddling pool in a room with very warm lights maybe?

Poor old Richard - seems like you're always unjustly in the doghouse, despite being one of the nicest guys on this forum.

Mercedes - I probably shouldn't butt in, but I wanted to say I feel CERTAIN Richard meant nothing even slightly negative in his message. As soon as I read it, I interpretted it as saying 'There'll be a lot of people on this forum happy to see you back' ... he's right too, and I'm one of them.

Welcome back! I still have a great memory of meeting you at one of the meet ups in London. Oh - and sorry to hear it's been a shitty year. Like you say - bring on 2010 and a sunnier outlook.

Hi, like i said, i hoped i was just overreacting. The problem was with the "i think" you have a big fanbase thing, i didn't know if it meant that everyone was slagging me off for disappearing..i got the wrong end of the stick obviously & that's kool.
