Cake mix is the standard sponge mix available in big bags from Cash and Carry. Colouring is food colouring but quite a lot of it!

i need a cash and carry near me!! costco doesn't stock sponge mix in such quantities - i check every time i go!

Brakes the catering company will also deliver sponge mix though theirs is more expensive.
