Hi All,

Picked the paper up today, and was flicking through the free mag. On the TV Soaps page, it shows a picture of 2 girls from Hollyoaks covered in green slime. Apparently, this happens on Fridays edition of Hollyoaks, were the girls in question, (Sasha & Mercedes), have a fall out over decor for a Hallowe'en party, ending up both covered in green slime.

The picture looked pretty good coverage. So, nice looking girls, covered in slime, that's a pre-Hallowe'en treat :D

Edit: Just found this pic on the Channel Four website:

Excellent! We can only hope that it will introduce the idea of the fun of Sploshing to the age-group that watches this sort of thing, thus preserving Sploshing for the future! Hurrah! (Shame they're both bare-legged though - would have been much nicer to see the green slime trickling down nylon/lycra-clad legs!) Still - at least it's on mainstream so that's good. ("Musn't Grumble"!)

I've been trying to think what to do for Halloween this year - the pub is having it's usual fancy dress disco. Perhaps I should bring a bucket of green slime!

Whoever came up with the idea writing a gunge fight into a Hollyoaks script deserves some kind of award...that show must have one of the most sploshable female casts currently on TV

Incidentally, Jennifer Metcalfe, who plays Mercedes seems to have a bit of previous form when it comes to getting messy in the line of duty- in an ad campaign for shower gel earlier this year, she did this....

Where was that TV ad shown? I didn't see it (more's the pity!). Did anyone else?

Hollyoaks has fantastic Splosh potential. My favourite of all the girls on it is Gemma Merna, who plays Carmel McQueen. She is on the cover of the current issue of Loaded and I think she is off the scale of Sploshability. She needs an EXTREME messing up!! eggs, beans, flour, mud, dozens of pies slammed into her face.mmmmmm :D :D

Nice to see some Slime in mainstream tv use again!
Might trigger a late teen early 20's interest in gunge covered girls which as stated earlier can only be a good thing. :-D

No me neither....I'd definitely have remembered that one, Jennifer Metcalfe and a gorgeous model, both in bikinis with a light coating of mud isn't the kind of sight you forget in a hurry....

Oh yes- a three-way, no-holds-barred pie and gunge fight between Jennifer, Gemma and Zoe Lister, another of my 'Oaks faves, would definitely hit the spot....
