SPLOSH! mags Nos 1, 2, 3 and 4 now available to DOWNLOAD

Hi

Treat yourself to some Christmas reading from WH Shipton! Yes, you can now download the first FOUR magazines from 1989 (unavailable in any other way) for just $7 each (about £4) from our Greatest Hits store (http://www.hits.sploshdownloads.com). Full size A4 pages in perfect PDF format (easy to read on and view on screen or print off), they are a real slice of sploshing history!!

SPLOSH! No 1 has been available for some time, but now we have added...

In SPLOSH! No 2 (the first real magazine).
DD Debbie's debut with Carol in colour in their immaculately dressed eight page food fight with great chocolate coverage and knicker-filling! (Ending topless for the first time)
A feature on the filming of WSM's The Great Outdoors.
A profile of the (now) late Colin Twyford and his wetlook work
FIVE pages of real letters, reviews, news and contact ads

In SPLOSH! No 3 (28 pages)
Our first eight-page colour outdoor mud session with hotel maid Jenny - nice coverage with thick black mud ending with mud-soaked undies.
An interview with real-life slapstick fan Veronica - still on the forum under another name!
Mud and rubber with Barbara (now known here as Lustinlatex)!
A photo-illustrated look at the 80s trend for gunge in game shows including NHP, How Dare You! and On Safari (featuring a young Gillian Taylforth).
SIX pages of real readers' letters.
News, reviews (including The Great Outdoors), services (!), and contact ads

In SPLOSH! No 4 (28 pages)
Debbie introduces her young cousin Mary to sweet & savoury slapstick over eight pages in colour
We meet an unknown David Wilkey - wetlook photographer and artist (now thriving!!).
The photo-illustrated full behind-the-scenes story of our first ever TV appearance on The James Whale Show (fascinating!)
The start of Delia says 'Gunge is Fun' (later to become Hayley's very own Handy Hints!)
Top of the Plops messy movie guide
Five pages of real readers' letters
News, reviews (including WSM TV), services and contacts.

They really do make great reading whether you remember them nostalgically or want to catch up on what you missed. Fucking brilliant - well, I enjoyed them!

At http://www.hits.sploshdownloads.com each magazine has examples of some of its pages, a full history of the mag and Editor's Notes of quirky things to look out for, so check it out now.

God, that takes me back. I was the one who stuffed them in the envelopes to send out! And handwrote the addresses in those days!
