Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, but if it has I don't remember seeing it.

I was wondering how often other people indulged in their wet, messy or clothes destroying sessions.

On average I get wet in my clothes 3 times a week, messy in my clothes about once every couple of weeks, and destroy an article of clothing by ripping it about once a week.

I was wondering if this is a bit excessive, or if other people splosh this often.

It varies due to the need for cleanup and keeping the others in the house out of the loop.
So I'm definitely not as frequent as you when it comes to sessions.
But when the time is right I can do several sessions in a short period of time.

Not often enough that's for sure!!! About 2 years ago I was consistently getting messy about once a month, now it's more like once every 2-3 months.

Yes, life is far too busy, it's only been 2 or 3 times a year for me over the last few years. If only I had fewer things that have to be done, I could have a bit more fun!

Not as often as we would like. All our sessions have been up on here and including Splosh and Gilly's, and muddy adventures with Sammy Jane, I think I'm on for about a dozen sessions over two years? Soon we'll be doing it more often

Although I've done it in the past,I don't find self-sploshing very satisfying. My partner isn't keen and I don't want her to do anything against her wishes. Therefore the frequency depends on when and how often I can arrange a session with a young lady at a studio with facilities for professionally produced pictures and/or video. It tends to work out at 2 or 3 times a year; quite expensive but well worth it as I can re-live the session on screen as often as I wish.

Not that often realy, mainly is soaking in the bath or shower, rather than anything messy. The world seems to busy and the time I'm not working I seem to be asleep!

THo just have had a sjower in a nice climgy long dark blue velvet dress which may have to be repeated for some pics another day

It does annoy me when people say they are "too busy" to to get messy! Why? Are you constanly doing other activites? Just plan a session and go for it whether alone or with a partner its not that difficult.

I can't say I share that view, for some people, to get what they want from a session does require quite a lot of time and effort, and I can see why some people feel they don't get to do as much as they'd like. But I guess it's true, if it means a lot to you then you have to find some time.

Agreed, Jon - arranging a really good messy session takes a lot of preparation ... not to mention expense.

My wife and I have had some good impromptu messy fun, but the best ones are those that we plan a week or so in advance.

Plus - having a baby son has really put all that on hold for the foreseeable future.

Plus, if you do it with a partner and you either don't live together, or as in mine and Jons case, you do live together but run on different schedules, its hard. I mean, we did a session once and we were playing for about three hours, not including all the mixing, me doing my outfit and make-up, the clean off the clean <i>up</i>... As with any kink, when its what you're really into you don't want to be half-arsed about it.

Sorry, that was me, not Jon. Also I forgot to mention cost. We probably might spend about fifteen quid, but it adds up if you do it a lot. Also, when you're feeling a bit skint, sploshing can seem pretty wasteful.

Hmm, it looks like I have a bit of an excessive splosh life then

Living on my own at the moment means I don't have to worry about waiting for other people to go out for the day or anything, so I suppose I am catching up from when I couldn't do it very often.

Like Eden said, cost plays a big part in getting messy so I tend to use little-and-often as opposed to a really big messy session, also makes cleaning easier. My ideas at the moment involve trying to get as messy as possible using only a small amount of whatever I am getting messy with.

So far this week I have soaked 2 outfits and am planning a session with some more molasses (possibly friday) as I have a new t-shirt to mess up.
I find sploshing a great way of relaxing and forgetting about the real world for a while.

Keep sploshing out there, someone needs to keep the economy going!

Does this count as clothes destruction? I was a bit worried then as Gilly was using a pair of scissors to cut my trousers . The red stuff wasn't blood though!

Messy pretty much every day here.... the least is 2 - 3 times a week. Love it and wouldn't have it any other way
