This video is part of a so-called "Idol DVD" featuring the japanese actor Kenta Kamakari (he isn't very famous though), and in this scene he paints a room and himself blue.

Imagine my excitement when I finally found a video with a beautiful man :) It seems to me that most pictures/videos show women, which really isn't fair ...
