Moose Rocks!

Hi all

Stuck out here in the Mediterranean (with massive thunderstorms at the moment, thanks for asking), last night I was reduced to trawling Youtube for entertainment. Thanks to its 'recommendations', I found several collections of clips from You Can't Do That on Television, the Canadian version of Tiswas.

Now I know some of you have been fans of this show for years but it was the first time I'd seen it properly (outside the glimpses in Fatal Attraction!) and it was quite fun. Okay too many kids and cocky teenage boys on it but the woman called the Moose was cool (apart from terrible taste in pullovers!). Do any of you guys have any more info on her, clips of her etc - preferably without the irritatating kids? She looks like she was the regular victim - nice job if you can get it!

Dare I suggest you post this on a certain other forum where somebody might actually be able to help with info etc. Seems our lot are more interested in other things (like rubbish football teams).

Yes, the other forum-that-must-not-be-named has several people who are considered world authorities on the show - or at least can't wank until someone says the IDK catch-line. Now, that's perverted.

Nowhere near Malaga. It's not that posh!

Last time I went to the other forum it was to pose a technical query and the only person who answered was Muckypup! So I get the feeling they don't like me there. Probably haven't forgiven me for mentioning dung all those years ago.

YCDTOTV was okay, not as funny or anarchic as Tiswas and the "I don't know" and water bits are frankly one joke repeated endlessly. The clips caught me on a sad Saturday night in so were quite entertaining but the only person who interested me was Moose cos she did it well. And Spanish TV is not great - especially when you don't speak Spanish!
