How do you make pudding......

Yorkshire Pudding to be specific? Was watching "You are what you eat" and all these people are eating Yorkshire Pudding which sounds amazing!!!!

So while you guys are wallowing around in pudding and custard, anyone come across a good recipe for Yorkshire Pudding? Maybe a 'standard' recipe..... please :oops:

Try googling 'recipe yorkshire pudding' - there is no shortage of answers; you may even be tempted to cook some and serve it with roast beef.

flour water egg same as pancake mix. the secret is to have a hot oven and fat in your tin. temp 220c cook for 10 mins

The tip is to heat oil in the pan you're cooking it in so its very hot and put the mix straight into the oven. Also if you can, leave to mixture to set for half an hour. If you're making a roast you can use the drippings from the meat.

I can't make yorkshires properly in Canada, we think because of the altitude here. Boo.

If you want puddings that rise lots either add some sparkling spring water just before you put mix in hot oil or give a good whisk before-hand,make sure you check them often tho' if on top shelf
