Missing clip - Help from UK-collectors?

Because this forum is pretty much english, I hope some of you can help me. I'm looking for a movie, downloaded at EC-gunge some years ago. If I remember right the scene is from an English kids-show. A guy gets poored nasty stuff over his head. The stuff looked like dogfood to me, and the guy was wearing a white shirt with a black upturned collar.
Does anybody here knows what I'm talking about? If not, I'm realy sorry to mess up the boards
