Hello everyone, i hope Hayley and Bill don't mind me posting details of the meet up here. :D

I have already made a couple of posts on the umd forum and we have had about 11 names of people coming so far, so hoping to break the attendance record.

So come on, your all invited - lets party.

Here are the details

The Date: THURSDAY 1ST JUNE 2006
The Time: From 18:30 Sharp
The Location: The Crown in 64 Brewer Street, Soho, London W1F 9TR

Directions:
Piccadilly Circus: Take the Tower Records exit and cross Regent Street (you should see the giant billboards across the street). Turn left into Glasshouse Street , then right into Brewer Street and the pub is about 30 meters up on the left.

Oxford Circus: Take the Regent Street South exit from the tube and head down Regent Street. Just before the road curves around, you'll reach Glasshouse Street - turn left. Keep to the left and follow Brewer Street.

How to find the right group:
Bring a copy of the A-Z if you can. Simply leave the A-Z near you as the meeting gets underway so we can all find each other. We mostly invade 2 or 3 tables at the back of the pub, near the tv.

Regulars should be able to spot each other rather quickly, and don’t forget to look out for Easy_as and Wamedeus trade mark shirt.

Maps and questions and stuff are on the umd messy forum.

See you all there.

Cheers
J. . .

Yes, Bill tells me this is the ideal way for those of you new to meeting fellow sploshers to start.

It is a very informal and fun meet in a pub to chat about anything and everything, eventually getting around to messy stuff. Also being based in Soho, even if you are overheard, chances are the people listening are doing something 20 times more weird!

Seriously, it's a nice night out and very friendly. And occasionally real WAM ladies like Decadent Doll turn up!

So give it a go if you can

Indeed, I can only echo all of the above.

Now, not being very techy . . . how do I post a picture of that shirt ?

And Hayley, one day we might to see you there too, that would be great ! :D :D :D

Hi

At the moment you can only post pics if they are already on a website and have a url. If it does, press IMG (above) paste in the url then press Img again and post as usual. Failing that, send it to me at shinyhayley@yahoo.com and I'll put it up for you.

Hi

In an effort to encourage you guys to come to the Meet-Up on June 1st, Easy As has asked me to post a picture of the teeshirt he will be wearing so you will recognise him and the other sploshers easily in the pub.

Frankly having seen it, I think it is more likely to put you off coming, but whatever! Sooner we get him a SPLOSH! one the better!

Hayley

Right get ready to put your shades on...

It looks better on ! It really is an ice-breaker with the Laydeeeeeez . . . .

:P

I will hire it out for £1.00 an hour so you can prove for yourselves what a babe magnet the shirt is . . . . trust me, there are witnesses ! ! ! ! !

Thanks, though, Hayley, much appreciated for the pic post ! I'll happily take a Splosh T-Shirt if one is on offer as well !:D

Oh they will!

Hoping to get Bill along but his Mum is in hospital the week before and he may be doing 'social work' when she gets out.
