Thanks Bill, should have thought of that with the flan cases, I get giddy when doing a session, or whatever people call it these days. Got some left in the gunge fridge, will try it next time.

My ideal pie would have porridge on the bottom, then creat a dip in the middle for some soup them cover the top in rice pudding. pour gravy over the top of it. Voila! One hell of a messy pie
