Hiya, I use Erasmic shaving foam. A lot more expensive than normal stuff but much more thick and creamy (in fact I think it thickens as one mixes the colouring in).

Mixing shaving foam with raw eggs makes a really thick and sticky gunge - well recommended although I shall be using more eggs next time.
