missing pictures?

Hi all

I'm viewing the Splosh forum tonight for the first time in a while, and I find that all of the pictures in the threads are missing.

Each thread is full of comments like "excellent pics", "I particularly like pic number 5" etc

... but all I'm seeing is little white boxes with a red 'x' in the centre.

Is anyone else having this problem?

yep, same here just red crosses. Mind you at least the post is there,my post has vanished completely that i put up yesterday

Yeh, ditto - the posts I made yesterday, as well as the pics I uploaded, are now gone.

I think this is just something to ride out Phantom - another few days and the errors should be over

Your right, Alext. I was just checking it wasn't simply a problem with my computer or the area I'm in or something.

Hmm, yeah this must be because of the move, I'll see if they've moved the pics over and try and sort that!

So much for their 'seamless' transition from one host to another....

We are trying to rectify the problem in the meantime, new pictures can be posted and old ones viewed in the gallery.

As I have said on other threads, we did warn people that there would be a problem over the next few days and posts might go missing whilst we changed hosts.

The current state of play seems to be that whilst some thumbnails (the small version of pics in the posts) appear to be missing, if you click on them the photos will appear full-size. Well, this works for me and I have tried a good few. We are still badgering them though to restore all the thumbnails as well.
