I was at Rock Otocec 2008 (links to lots of muddy pix)
Posted: 05 Jul 2008, 01:07For the secon year in a row, I went at Rock Otocec.
For whose don't know it, Rock Otocec is a Woodsotc-style rock festival held yearly at the beginning of summer in Slovenia, a little country between Alps, Balkans and Adrriatic sea. And when i write "woodstock-style" I refer to mud, lots of mud.
Compared to last year edition, there were way less people, about 30 to 50 % lesser than in 2007. Among the reasons, I suppose there was the fact that ticket price raised substantially (50 € last year, 59 this year) and the gig were shortened (4 days last year, 3 days this year). Another reason, that was partially effective for me, was that weather forecast for friday were less than inviting.
Anyway, I was at festival, had a lot of fun, lot of mud, met another splosher of this forum, and shot LOTS of pics.
The bad news is that I will not publish my pics on a WAM fetish site , either here on Splosh, neither on UMD.
That's for an ethic reason: there was lots of girls/women that willingly accepted to be photoshot (and sometimes were girls themeselves that asked me to be photoshot), but I wonder if they would be so willingly, should they know that their images would be published on a fetish site.
So, I will publish some of my pics on a "generalistic" photo site, as Flickr, or Deviantart, or Pbase and such on, and then publish link to the gallery on this forum.
This way I think will ensure lots of "general public" view for thr girls, will promote my work as an amateur photographer more than on a strictly fetish site, and gives you anyway the opportunity to see lots of muddy pics. I think that for selecting images, give them some Photoshop correction and publishing on site will take one or two weeks, so stay tuned.
