Can anyone tell me please, how PayPal exactly works? Will I get a letter of it, or something like that, because I have to fill in my billing address?

No, you won't get a letter from Paypal - just the odd email.

Paypal typically passes your address to your Paypal purchaser, say with an eBay transaction, so that they know where to deliver your goods. It makes transactions as easy as logging into Paypal and hitting the Pay button, with everything else being automatic - I've used it for over two years with no glitches, and many transactions.

I imagine they also like [maybe need] to have your address to comply with money laundering regulations too, but I'll assume you're not intending to do that!
