Just a quick post, hi all, brilliant forum Hayley and Bill, I am a lurker I'm afraid, but I am sure I am one of many, Just quiet natured.
Anyhow back to this post, as a tribute to Hayley and Bill and kind of a Thank you does anybody have any idea about getting a word ino the English dictionary, I am talking about Splosh as a definition of the messy fetish, it would be cool to do!

I thought this was an interesting idea too - just fired off an email to the OED requesting this very thing (and for Bill to be credited, of course!). Interesting to see what happens about this!

I used the address oed3@oup.com from their website. Maybe if more of us request this we might even achieve it!

Yes, that really would be a coup! And very good too. The closest we have got is being the answer to a clue in the Daily Telegraph crossword! The clue was to deliberately get wet or messy, so we are told!

The OED would be much better though!

I'm guessing that too.

The clue was harder than that but it did relate to the word not just being a sound effect but also meaning to get messy.

Yeah, GS is right, plus it'd be more at home in a US edition, so maybe that's worth a try?

It's a great idea to get Splosh in the dictionary, if bootylicious can make it in i think there's a cracking chance.
