Due to a complete balls up good old BT has completely buggered up Candy's telephone and internet connection this past week.

They have now managed to get her line back BUT on a different number.
This unfortunately means she will now be without broadband for at least a week, probably longer as her internet supplier now has to get a new code from BT. to reconnect her.

I am getting a dial up modem to her within the next 2 days but in the meantime if anyone has mailed, pm'd her please be patient she will reply as soon as she is online again.

Hopefully she is phoning me tonight to let me know what pics to post of a shoot we did yesterday on her behalf ...thats all i'm saying on that one till you see the pics

Candy's piccies are always keenly anticipated and never disappoint.

Hope she's back on the broadband with the minimum of fuss.

The title of this thread had me genuinely worried. Thank Christ it's only her net connection! I'm sure the couple of days break won't kill us or her ...absence makes the heart grow fonder!

I also had that impression from the thread title.

Dial-Up Modems... I did not think those things still existed christ she must be desperate to get back online personally i'd wait for reconnection of broadband and i'm a net addict,

I've been at home.... attempting to write comedy...got a new job as a life model.... life is superbly strange, im just enjoying being home for a while and being single and getting crushes and being impatient and partying a bit.....

Nope nope, we are but friends now. Amicable mutual breakup on Valentines Day ...it was going absolutely nowhere, oh well!

Now the drummer be gone, i've got a frontman in my sights....lol

Hello DD. How's the glandular fever going? So sorry you weren't able to make it over to Warrington as a result of that. You came up in conversation on a number of occasions! Maybe next time, eh? (3rd Sat in October)

I use one at home! Only cos being abroad so much of last year it wasn't worth having a broadband package. Now it's cheaper than the old dial-up and the nobs at AOL are withdrawing dial-up services to Mac customers (another ideiosyncracy of mine. I liked the kit!) so I'm moving over at last.

Which means there will be a lot of SPLOSH! email address changing in a week or so's time. Will let everyone know when!

Glad your back, though personally prefer your front Candy. Did I see a Star Trek quote in your post, not that I would know of course LOL! Could just picture you all messy in an orginal series mini dress! The mess certainly would "Klingon" to your awesome boobage!
