A few years ago when they were still around in main line service, I'd have said class 40s - definitely a couple of whistlers (well, worth being whistled at, anyway!!)

I suppose, transposing into bus terminology, they'd be a VR and a Lodecker - i.e. a lovely pair of Bristols!

Well at the risk of being hung, drawn and quartered (and having my licence endorsed!) by the Splosh transport police ... I'm going to stick with 37's - or growlers (well, a couple of high-spirited puppies anyway!!).
