I had to mess this one too really hey! As I'd gone straight from work I didn't really wana ruin my work skirt, so i thought I'd have a bath in it instead. So hope all you wetlook fans like this one! You'll see me slowly lower myself into the bubbly bath & then get out to show how wet it is (each time - getting in more & more). 
Then I splash the front of my skirt with water before getting the skirt completely saturated. Then the top gets it! You'll also see my slowly lowering my hair into the water, then letting it flow about in the water....I aslo did lots of hair flicking - which was fun & achieved sum great effects!!
