Hi all,

I've just stumbled across this astonishing clip. I suspect it's Dutch or Flemish. Does anyone speak the language and can explain what is being said?

I love the way they got the chocolate and custard divided into the LHS/RHS of the first bath - that must have taken some doing!

This makes Noel's House Party look like an afternoon out at the local WI! (More tea vicar?)

CLIP IS HERE

Regards,
C_W

That's an amazing clip, if anyone can put it into context with what's being said that'd be great... I'd like to know what's going on to be honest.

Great find though.

Fantastics Clip - I haven't a clue what they are saying but this is a definite case of actions speaking louder than words.

Much better than the weak British TV attempts at Gunging (as they call it) I wonder if the channel is available by either satalite or via internet as I certainly beats watching the crap we have over here.

I have seen other clips of this show, I think it is Dutch but the man in the black bowler hat is singing the Smurfs song and they were originally from Belgium. He looks like the original Father Abraham but I can't verify his real name.
As for the show, I love the way the participants all nonchalantly return to their seats, still covered in custard, as if nothing odd had happened to them.

This is indeed a clip of a Dutch tv show presented by Paul De Leeuw.
In this show they try to forfill peoples dreams or wishes.
Why they had a bath of "vla", wich is Dutch for custard, in this episode, I'm not sure. The presenter tells something about a guy who wanted to sit in a bath of custard but i think he bailed out. So now they had that custardbath and he asked if someone from the public wants to get in.
It's great to see that a lot of people do that unprepared, without thinking how they're going home.
I'm sure we would all have liked to be there. I certainly would have jumped in without hesitation.
The girls realy look sexy in their messy jeans.
I don't know though what happened after that. When were they able to get a shower? Did they have spare clothes? Did they get home in wet clothes?

Yep, it is certainly Dutch, and for the first time ever in my life, I'm proud to be Dutch
