Cake Batter Recipe?

Hey all,

Thinking of giving Cake Batter a go, but haven't been able to find any good recipes - truth be told I'm a bit nervous of it, what with all the flour based horror stories.

Does anyone happen to have a good one that washes fairly easy?

Try Tesco's value Sponge Mix its only 27p a packet and washes away easily without lumps add food colour to make it look good and have fun
