A treat for real food fans at the Silly House this week with our campaigner for real gunge, Sammy-Jane in a proper navy blue nurse's uniform, getting deluged in mess both sweet AND savoury. Mushy peas, beans, ketchup, salad cream, single cream, porridge and bright red cake mix are only the start. And the climax is a gallon of golden syrup completely swamping Sam and filling her knickers in the stickiest panty filling ever!

So here we go then with Sammy drenched with her eight glasses of water a day then splattered with her five portions of veg including peas, beans, ketchup and salad cream!

Followed by cream, raspberry pudding and porridge!

More to come later...including the gallon of syrup...when hopefully the forum is working a bit quicker! It's taken an hour to do these!

I'll see if I can do any better, Gilly! Probably not...

Even a strict dietician is allowed a little syrup with her porridge...

She even deserves to have her knickers filled to overflowing!
