Enjoy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vG8f95A-pxM

Cleo gets the mess really good. Shame the other bird kept that damn bonnet on throughout.

Hopefully the messy EMU stuff will be up there soon too.

If anyone wants the full episode on DVD, along with a couple other Everett shows - including the Frank Thornton Cake Shop sketch. my offer is still open.

All I want in return is that you send me a blank DVD-R and return postage (70p) and I'll get one sent to you. Interested? PM me.

Had a look at the Youtube version (very good) but look forward to seeing the whole show on DVD. I know Bill has enjoyed it. Apparently it included Joanna Lumley being hit with a bucket of water too, so thanks Rentbook!

Great. Many thanks for the discovery and presentation.
I think the people are [L to R] Vicki Michelle, Lenny Bennett, Kenny and Ceo Rocos.
All it now needs is for Clare Rose, Red, Gilly and Hayley to reshoot the sequence with their own special, sexy twist of slime and gunge on lingerie being exposed.
Sweet Dreams.

Your cast list is right. Lenny Bennett was a bit of a prat - what happened to him? Cleo is gorgeous, of course, and as I said in my post about the DVD the surprised expressions are great cos although they knew it was coming they never knew quite when or how much.

It would be fun to recreate - and various private sessioneers have done versions. Would take a LOT o different stuff though.

What happened to Lennie Bennett?

As plagiarised from Wikipedia

Career
After attending the Palantine Secondary School, Blackpool, he was a journalist on the West Lancashire Evening Gazette before becoming a professional entertainer and appearing on The Good Old Days in 1966. Bennett starred in the Lennie and Jerry Show with Jerry Stevens. It ran from 1978 to 1980. He was also the host of Punchlines and Lucky Ladders in the 1980s. Bennett is a much-requested speaker on the after-dinner circuit, at golf dinners, and is in demand for his skills as a presenter at top corporate events.

Trivia
In 1994, Bennett suffered a serious heart attack, which necessitated a bypass operation.

I remember seeing a Cliff Richards video on his show. It's raining, and two girls are sitting at a cafe table totally oblivious to the rain! Does anyone have this on DVD/video?

Taken from:-

Lennie Bennett - Speakers Biography - Celebrity Speakers Limited at www.speakers.co.uk

Lennie Bennett is one of television's most prolific performers and is generally regarded as the ultimate professional. Indeed, few entertainers can equal his record of having had at least one series of his own show televised every year for the last 16 years.

Lennie came into prominence with the BBC's hugely successful Lennie and Jerry Show in the late 70's and went on to host one of the most successful game shows in television history with Punchlines for LWT when virtually every major star in the country appeared as his guest during its six-year over 150-show run. Lennie's most recent TV show was Lucky Ladders on ITV. He took it to the enviable position of being Britain's most watched day-time game show.

Add to all these achievements Lennie's glittering record as a stand-up comedian in the fields of cabaret and theatre and as an after-dinner speaker par excellence and one understands why he is one of the country's most sought-after entertainers.

Lennie has spoken at virtually every major Golf Club in Britain performing regularly at numerous corporate Golf days and tailoring each performance to suit the needs of each client.

Lennie presents Superperson, a fun packed evening specially tailored to your company's requirements. It is performed on a lavish set with full lighting and sound system. Superperson is the ideal way to promote your company's image while generating employee loyalty.

Employee loyalty my arse.

Did he write that himself or did he pay a professional adman to do it for him?
