Well, decided to get muddy late one night & assumed that no-one wud be around. ...to my surprise I ended up with a spectator...HI MATT!!! He stayed & watched the shoot...he'd never seen anyone do this before. He thought I was mad as it was freezing but I wrapped up pretty well, wore PVC gloves & braved it! I did this shoot a few months ago tho now & seeing it again has made me crave the mud....can't wait for the warm-ish weather to start....owwwhhh yea! It's been AGES since I played in the mud & I miss it. ..obviously it takes the enjoyment out of it if it's a bit if it's too cold & I don't wana get flu, so I have no choice but to wait.. .saying that tho I did a mud & water shoot in Jan last year. As you'll see the mud is hard with a covering of water in places, thick & deep or soft & sloppy. You'll see me running across the hard mud & sliding/splashing into the watery & soft mud. Coz of all the stress on the heels as I kept running backwards & forwards & leaping/sliding, my heel became wobbly & eventually came right off.! See me face down in the mud...doing handstands & swimming!

Great pics Mercedes (I don't feel I know you well enough to call you Cede!), and you're certainly braver than I am when it comes to outdoor mess in cold weather! I love MUD3.jpg... coming out of the ooze with a purposeful look on your face...
