Following the 'more from.....' links on Youtube, by the quantiity of green slime when the model says "I don't know" it would seem that it is a follower of 'YCDTOTV'. The models are well presented and have American accents, I think it must be a professional photographer and perhaps a sharp eye on UMD may find a potential new site being tested.

I know where that's from it's American. It's from a wam producer
named Lenny who runs Pievids. The scene is called Max and the
Realator. This woman comes to see if she can sell "Max's" house.
When she starts to asks about it she gets a full deminstartion.
From the pics it looks like a great scene.

Lenny is a long standing memeber of the UMD community and
has made videos for quiet some time.

And you can buy his videos through us...

No, we order videos like this as and when people ask for them (there are too many to keep stocks). If you would like one, we will quote you a UK price and get it delivered (either to you direct or to us so we can tell you when it is likely to arrive).
