I actually did this once - with rice pudding in my pants. It was about 10 o' clock at night, so I felt pretty sure I wouldn't get spotted. Even so, I only went about 200 metres from my house!!

I also read somewhere once, where someone went jogging with chocolate in their underwear, which would slowly melt and get squishy as they ran. Their favourites to use were a mars bar and a cadburies cream egg!
