Hi ya,

Here you'll see me venture into the thick mud wearing a red hoodie, black trousers & black ankle boots. I walked in very slowly....all you boot & shoe fans'll love this one!

As you can see the mud here's very thick & solid on top....it's springy like a matress, you can see it dent inwards as you put pressure on it!

I crawled out quite far & then stood up & put pressure on my heels so that I sunk into it very quickly. Once stuck in there it was a real struggle to get out - watch me squirm & struggle to pull myself out! It's a much better work-out than any gym I rekon....not that I do gyms anyway!!

EVENTUALLY I managed to get meself outta there & decided to go & get myself stuck again! It was quite fun actually! Then I crawled half way out but cudn't resist playing in the mud for a little while on the way out!

Hope u like this one mud fans.....

I'm off to Ministry of Sound tonight, so if anyone else's up there - look out for me!

Great set of pics Cedes - but I'm surprised you didn't have to break the ice first!

Thick mud is very nice, but as you said, it's hard work to get through and out of - if your calves hurt the next day, you had a good time!
