Well having just taken a look at your site and forums I thought I'd drop by just to say hi

As a 24 year old single straight guy from the UK I think this whole gunge thing is quite sexy! I wouldn't say I have a huge appetite for it but I can see the sexy side of it, especially as a means of spontaneous bedroom activities, raising the temperature and getting down and dirty!!! Whether I would want to be gunged just for fun is a different matter all together!

I would have to say though that seeing a woman in the bedroom in a sexy pvc/latex catsuit or uniform is probably the biggest turn on for me, so to see some of you guys and gals combining the two was great fun! It would be interesting to hear how some of you guys/gals include it in bedroom activities, or other situations?! Don't feel obliged to answer though as its obviously quite a personal question!!

hmm Bill, you have asked the million dollar question! I think what makes pvc/latex so hot on women is the way it accentuates natural curves of the body, probably all to do with light reflection (maybe some more sientificaly minded will know more about this!). I guess catsuits are probably best for this but you cant beat the good old uniforms in pvc which are great fun! The best surprise I've ever had was an ex coming round in gorgeous underwear and a pvc coat... although the coat didn’t stay on for long as the underwear was so hot!!

So, Bill, from what I can gather you are the person who has developed the 'splosh' empire/brand/business? How did you get into this and develop the business to what it is today? I seem to remember ages and ages ago some kind of feature in the UK fhm, maxim or loaded (cant remember which?) magazine... was that splosh?

I think most members of this forum have been bored to death by my stories of the start of Splosh! But suffice it to say, it started as a magazine, moved into videos and the odd book, and now does the website, helps with Gilly's Silly House (another PVC haven by the way) and everything sold on it. Next move is downloads... It has never been a big earner, but a lot of fun.

Yes we were in FHM. I think we might have been in Maxim too, and quite a few other magazines, I'm pleased to say. Also lots of rubbish TV programmes. Hayley has been here since the beginning, either mailing out (in the old days) or bossing me about when she's here (now). And as regulars know she is partial to a bit of PVC herself, but I leave that stuff to her.

Oh yes it is quite sexy. I think a lot of people get turned on at the thought of a gunging session with an attractive person of the opposite sex. I bet gunging your partner during sex would be fantastic.

Its interesting that you are going into mainstream magazines and TV! I can see how this whole mess thing will translate into more mainstream media, but I wonder if going too mainstream would take away some of the eroticsm, and the thrill of the whole messy scene being below the mainstream radar, especialy for splosh and its readers/contributors?

From a personal point of view I think there is quite big market for certain styles of mess (i.e. not a mass gunging, but strategicaly placed whipped cream, icing etc etc), and I guess this is catered for to a certain extent but could be exploited further. Obviously this is from someone who is taking a slight outwardly looking in approach, so I am sure you may have different views on this!

Welcome RyanR . You obviously have very good taste as most of us think the same way about Mercedes, she is a lovely person in real life as well as in her pictures .

Welcome RyanR . You obviously have very good taste as most of us think the same way about Mercedes, she is a lovely person in real life as well as in her pictures .

No bedroom stories, I'm completely asexual for anything other than fully clothed sploshing, but it has to be said shooting splosh scenes in the company of some game for it models is a truly wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

We are not deliberately 'going mainstream'. There is mainstream interest in it but sploshing will always remain a minority sport and nothing wrong with that. I certainly don't think any interest by the few magazines/TV shows we have appeared on has spoiled it. If we watered sploshing down to make it more media friendly that would be a mistake but we have no intention of doing that. In fact, we get more bizarre by the week!

The reason I commented on 'going mainstream' is that now having looked around there are some very professional pay to view websites that provide a good quality product to its existing supporters, and what with a entrepreneurship and business background, I get the impression maybe some of these sites are indeed tailoring their product to 'tap into' a wider appeal (..or 'watering it down' as you put it!). As you rightly point out, this is not appealing to a lot of people using this community forum, but interesting none the less as it will draw attention to splosh and others who are more interested in just getting down and dirty! But anyway I'll stop there before I send people to sleep with boredom!

Bill has been telling me you have bit of a thing for getting messed up in pvc/latex?! Why can't all women be as much fun as you!!! ha!!
