I am sure this is something that has been said loads of times before but its just a quick question:

Does custard go down the plug ok if used in the bath?

I've never had any problems with custard, if you are worried you could always scoop it up, and use the toilet.. It'll just flush away.

Also warm water breaks custard up, so it should go straight down the bath plug hole.

Thanks Andy, definitely will be getting some to use tomorrow. Didnt think there would be any problems but didnt wannt clog up the bath lol!!

You sometimes have to help it down a bit with your fingers which can be real fun if your other half is there on their knees firking with the plug hole with their bum sticking up in the air.

But how do you get the smell to go away Or is it just my mind thats fooling me in to thinking the bathroom smells like custard for months?

ive never had any problem with smell, and ive sent 30 eggs down there aswell as 5ltrs of custard on tuesday night.

I think that is psychological - and the fact that the smell stays in your nostrils. Besides custard is good smell for a bathroom. I'm sure Body Shop would agree!

Custard is not messy enough I think. It breaks down quickly when used for sploshing.

Hi, I've not been on in awhile but I have usually found that the custard smell is from a drop that has been missed in the initial clean up. Its amazing where it gets!

What I do is have a major clean after the initial clean up (usually the next day) and I also use a Gel based air fresher such as Neutrdol which does the trick.

This also works for other bathroom associated aromas!
