I quote the following extract, published in the Daily Telegraph. This sort of behaviour is clearly to be encouraged in the young. I shall have to get the wife to mix some up, although surely cheaper rape seed oil will do?

Chocolate body scrub

Take five tablespoonfuls of sunflower oil and four tablespoonfulls of brown sugar, and add one heaped teaspoon of cocoa (NOT drinking chocolate). Mix thoroughly. You will have a lovely gloupey chocolately scrub - quite runny, so best apply when in the shower. Wash off thoroughly with soap or body wash, and your skin will feel like velvet.

i use body scrubs like that, cheers for the recipe its a great way to splosh AND exfoliate!

Take two large (family-sized) bottles of Hershey's chocolate syrup. Apply liberally.

I have heard a lot about this book, but I have to say the quantities don't sound nearly big enough!

sounds good but i would have to make a huge quantity to really enjoy it

I use this recipe and my skin feels great. Clearly it's not gonna be as plentiful as your average messy session, but it does rock
