We have refined the photo process slightly.
Now if you post pictures larger than 100 KB they will appear as thumbnails so it doesn't slow up the formation of the page for people with tortoise-like connections. If you want to see the picture full size, you can click on it.
Pictures under 100 KB will appear full size automatically.
