Tights, stockings, barefoot or boots?

hmmm, can't vote as it depends how i'm getting messy, first off i've always prefered court shoes over all as i like seeing water or messs squelching around toe cleavage,
considering the options here, tights are great, i like the feeling of smooth substance running down inside them but not thick or lumpy that wont run through the material so that it stays inside them, tights also hold onto the wet or mess longer and keep that soaked look longer
they also keep the squelchy feeling in your shoes or boots
fishnet tights worn without knickers feel great for extra erousal

as for stockings its always hold-ups as i don't like the feel or look of suspenders, hold-up work for me if i'm filling lumpy or thick stuff on a walk and don't want stuff looking lumpy in my tights on my legs
hold-ups feel great on the thigh to touch, and mostly i've not had any slide or loose grip with custard, they stay put pretty good

boots i don't often wear but i have had a great few wet and messy times with them, driving in boots after getting then soaked feels good as cornering and braking has water shoshong around in them, nice
walking in messy boots is great feeling but doesn't really do anything visual for me,
i have just bought a new pair of hh boots this week from asda so i might get them wet on the next high tide at chiswick around 9th of oct or muddy next low tide which is now at night,
hmmm, yeah that might be something for tonight,
as for bare foot, i always skip the posts with no shoes so thats really a no for me but being bare foot while rolling in deep mud is lovely, more because of the feeling naked in the mud

Although I largely agree with Laura, I actually prefer to use the thicker sloppy stuff in my tights precisely because it *does* stay in the top section rather than running through, especially when I'm wearing multiple pairs. Sloppy clay held pressed against me all round and between my legs by the pressure from the multiple tights is the most astonishingly arousing feeling I've found. You end up, in effect, being lubricated by it and the tight nylon/lycra glides over all your bits as you bend over and sit down etc, as well as making the most fantastic squelching and sucking sounds. You don't get that with stockings.

yeah, i know that sensation too, mostly i get that if i'm wearing soft ladies trousers, i like the feeling of having mud or mess thick on my legs, the main reason for not wanting it in tights is if i'm out in public, al be it at night and not many people are around, i prefer to have my legs not looking lumpy

another increased sensation if wearing multiple tights is when you take them off through a session outdoors, it makes you feel more 'bare, than if yo origonally came out not wearing tights

claymore, do you wear catsuits when getting messy? ie a single peice body stocking/suit, they are great for filling, not had one of them for a good few years now

Ah right - I hadn't thought of the public issue as I only do it in secluded locations. Mind you, when wearing multiple pairs, the top of thighs are usually sufficiently tight to prevent the thicker stuff from going down into the legs anyway (especially if wearing boxer brief tights rather than shaped panty style sheer to waist) so all the slop stays 'where you want it' around the panty section. I know what you mean about the soft ladies trousers (as opposed to trousers for soft ladies!). I have a selection of nice pull-on slightly stretchy ones. When wearing them over the tights, they do allow the mud to slowly cascade down and come out at the ankles which is the most divine feeling.

Yes, I know that feeling! I usually strip off one layer at a time to rinse the mud out of them in the pond. As the air gets to your legs, you tingle!

No, I've not had the chance but I'd like to. Mind you, I'm usually only bothered about my lower half, mainly. I have a real phobia about getting stuff in my eyes so I don't like having my head covered. (I'm even hopeless with water in my eyes!) Trying to pull a stretchy lycra top over my head would be tricky if I'd been shovelling loads of mud into the neckline of a body stocking as the top would be saturated too. Having said that, I have fallen over in the mud up to my boob line before now and just about managed it ok. Irrespective of wam, I'd quite like to try a body stocking anyway, just for the sensation, though I do like to get my hands down inside my tights, which would be tricky.

Ah yes - sorry - I meant if I was wearing a top over that, the top would become very muddy and have to be pulled over the head. (There's also the issue of only having access from the top rather than half way down while wearing, though I'd still be interested in giving it a go.)

Got to be tights or stockings for me, legs always need to be covered in nylon, and love court style heels as they feel great when filled and as Laura said, watching the mess ooze over the top and squelch under my feet.

Well for me since my love of WAM came from wearing tights n stockings, they are the bare minimum i have to have on, never barefoot. Tights feel great for messing in, the sheerer the better for me, personally i think fishnets are a bit of a turn off. Stockings/Hold ups have their place too! Great for easy access to other things lol. I've only ever got wet in a pair of boots, velvet high heel ones, they felt great! High heels just feel & look so naughty when wamming. Theres something about a spalsh of gunge across the top of a nylon covered foot in heels that sends me raging!!

Ta! Not done a rain set yet but may have plenty of time soon. Looks like I may be made redundant at Christmas!
