I find it very hard to accept that a gorgeous girl who loses a bet for, probably, no more than a fun shaving-cream pie, would immediately join a quite "strong" sexual fetish group and ask for more-and-more gross suggestions.
I may be an old cynic, but I think we're just saving someone the effort of making up his own fantasies?

I don't see the need for the cynicism. If it happens it happens and if it doesn't it doesn't. It sounds like some people have invested a lot of hope in something they would like to see and are already upset that their faith has has been betrayed.
Let me clarify, this is something we would all like to see, of course. If it does happen some people will be having some certain pie of their own served up and if it doesn't happen, good for them, they were right. What then ?
If Lauren, the OP, is genuine - and I choose to believe she is, then the doubt does appear to be a little rude and hardly encouraging.

Anyway for my money, a simple set of clothes : a thin white t-shirt a pair of Daisy Dukes with cowboy boots , water , thick cream pies and a bucket of green gunge should do the trick.
Repeat as necessary.

Also, does the word ' gross ' in English parlance equate to what Americans mean by ' gross ' ? I think it probably doesn't quite have the same connotations.

Maybe, Lauren, you could define ' gross ' , so as to avoid confusion.

It might be an idea to state some hard-limits, too.
