I was there for that one. It was at the Three Greyhounds in Old Compton St in the days when you could buy Splosh! at Janus up the road. I remember the sudden storm and minor flood outside very well. Was in the [Three Greyhounds a couple of weeks back and it hasn't changed - though pie and chips is now nine quid!!

The meet will be seven years old in April. Phantom has the original date for the first ever greyhounds meet.

I agree the Three Greyhounds was a nice venue but just to small for us these days (it did always seem to rain - lol)

We have Phantom to thank for getting the original meets togeather. By the way Phantom when are you coming to the uk for a vist?.

Dids, I haven't worn platform shoes since the 1960's; anyway, how did you know I had some? That information is strictly confidential !
