The best thing about treacle is that it comes out with some hot water, I've seen it happen!
It's sugar based, so it pretty much dissolves out - if flushing away is your standard method of disposal though, it is good and dense and will sit quite happily in the cold water!

I agree with jon42, black treacle is about the easiest thing to get out of hair etc as it is sugar based. It simply rinses out in a warm shower. Plain flour is a nightmare when it gets wet with water or milk but if you want the black treacle covered in something like white flour then icing powder sugar is the answer as it also just rinses out. The last time I used flour it was a case of shaving pubic hair. So not a good idea on your head.
